TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Reporting to National Human Resources Manager, this position will be responsible for the Training and Development department and will be in charge of all process and tasks of the area, having these key responsibilities:
  • Manage the programming, execution and evaluation of the organization’s Training and Development activities, proposing alternatives and methodologies to be adopted at the work development, its accomplishment, in accordance with goals and affixed priorities;
  • Advice the company’s sectors, proposing training programs in accordance with the necessities survey, coordinates the trainings’ accomplishment, either internal or external, monitoring the achieved results;
  • Advice, monitor and liaise closely with Managers providing training consultancy and support in developmental needs to assure the Training and Development Guidelines are being followed and are adding value to our business today and for future demands;
  • Assure Implementation and coordinate of Development Programs that involves Management and Talents Development,;
Successful candidates should have at minimum:
  • Experienced in Training and Development in similar position
  • Educated to at least Bachelor’s degree level, and MBA / Post Graduation / Specialization in the area are welcome
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
